Here we go. Welcome to April. Hope everyone had a fantastic Easter and April Fools Day?
We’re back in the swing of things after taking last Sunday off. We needed the break, to be honest.
This week we’re changing things up again in the newsletter. I’m including three links to the podcast from this past week all dealing with habits.
You know those things that are either good or bad. The things you sometimes want to quit, but can’t. Those things that can either make you successful or fail in life, business, or more.
I’ve always said that habits are meant to be broken. Well, maybe I didn’t say it as much as heard it, but I say it all the time now. Listen in (these podcasts are all under 7 minutes) to my take on habits and why dealing with them is important.
I’ve also started two new podcasts. One that is being updated called The Life of Papa (click to subscribe). It’s all about life around the house with the entire family. It’s a take off of the blog I write or did write.
The second one which kicks off tomorrow is called Excuse Me! (same as above, click) It’s my comedy podcast about excuses. Each day, Monday thru Friday we’ll mention one excuse for the day. Remember we don’t endorse either the excuse or the use of them. This is all about fun, right?
Enjoy the week and the stories below and I hope you check out the podcasts in your free time.
Be Well,
Mark & Patti
