A beautiful Sunday here is Fresno as we end the month of April. How’s the weather in your area?
Today was a rough day around here with the closing of our publication on Medium Imperfect Writers of the World. The decision to close it down was based on many reasons and one of them will be coming to light very soon through this newsletter so hang in there.
We wanted to make writing fun again and we believe we did that through the publication. If you never read our publication now’s the time to check it out. We will close it down by weeks end most likely. The link: Imperfect Writers of the World.
As for the rest of the newsletter today I went with a little nostalgia for the most part.
Saturday Night Fever is turning 40 and Reservoir Dogs is 25, which really makes me feel older than 62. I don’t want to believe it’s been 40 years since Disco?
Prince may have left the building, but he left us with some unheard music. That music is coming to the forefront very soon in the release of an EP of Purple Rain with those tracks.
Long Live Prince!
The Mishegoss Files as always is chock full of great reads. From de-cluttering your life to hamburger recipes and the Freakiest Show on Earth closing down.
Enjoy your Sunday! We are cooking a ham with yams and assorted veggies. If you’re a foodie nut check out our publication on Medium Imperfect Recipes of the World. A smorgasbord of food, recpies, and memories.
Ciao,
Mark & Patti
