Good Evening Friends
We’ve been wishing and begging for the rain to help with the drought, but that old saying is coming to mind right now, “Be careful what you wish for.”
From Northern to Southern California we’re getting more than our share of rains and flooding, and the end isn’t in sight yet as far we know. There’s even talk of our future with flooding in an article we posted from The Verge.
Ever hear of the Bermuda Triangle? Well, we have the Nevada Triangle here on the West Coast, and it’s worse according to reports. It’s our 3rd story.
Here are a few more stories we covered today:
- Traces of Bayer’s weed-killing chemical discovered in popular wines and beers
- Cult to Culture: Surf photography from the 1960s
- Japanese Cultural Village – Los Angeles, California
- Nearly two dozen horse deaths forces temporary closure of California racing track
As always enjoy the read with your favorite beverage and we’ll see you on Sunday!
Before we go, one last thought. Patti and I try our best to find stories that not just fit the definition of mishegoss, but also stories you will enjoy reading. To help us with this we encourage you to comment to us when you either lie or dislike our content. No worries we take the criticism. Plus we love hearing from you as to whether you are enjoying your newsletter. After all it’s your newsletter so you should have some say! Just click the thumbs up or down and leave your comments and we’ll reply back.
Have a great weekend!
Mark & Patti
